To secure your date, a signed contract and retainer are required. From there, your date is officially reserved on our calendar.

Your engagement session is designed to feel natural, effortless, and true to you, like a relaxed afternoon together—captured with intention. This time also allows us to build trust and familiarity, so by the wedding day, everything feels seamless and comfortable.
04 — WEDDING DAY QUESTIONNAIRE
About three weeks prior, we’ll gather all final details through a questionnaire and coordinate with your planner on your final timeline. This ensures a thoughtfully structured timeline, allowing your day to flow with ease.
05 — YOUR WEDDING DAY
Be fully present—we’ll take care of the rest.
With a balance of guidance and quiet observation, we document your day as it naturally unfolds & efficiently guide the day as needed. From editorial-style portraits and every in-between moment, your story is captured with both artistry and intention.
06 — SNEAK PEEKS
A curated preview gallery is delivered within 72 hours— so you can relive and share the first moments almost immediately.

I am based in the Texas Hill Country, outside of Austin, and frequently travel between Austin, Dripping Springs, and Canyon Lake for weddings & events.

No travel fees for Austin, Dripping Springs, Canyon Lake, or San Antonio.
For Dallas & Houston weddings, a flat $1000 travel fee is applied to cover lodging & travel for the RWP team.
